Description
Our first yellow-green olive oil, produced in the high hills (650 meters above sea level), is called “Olio.” This tells the story of the Oropallo family—a story of love and care for their land, of constant exploration, and of perseverance in their work.
All of this results in a genuine, high-quality organic product with a unique flavor. In fact, the oil is produced using only organic fertilizers and without the use of pesticides or fungicides.
